Finally bought a RAV4 I love my new car it is the base model but it still looks expensive which I love and it has Bluetooth and rear view camera. Hands down the best car buying experience. Arina was fantastic. Prior to contacting Arina at Longo, I went through 4 other Toyota dealerships. Trying to get a Specific Toyota Tacoma. all of the said, and I quote "that truck is a unicorn, you're never going to find that truck in that color." With a little grin afterwards. Not only did Longo have the vehicle I wanted, but Arina was nothing like those other people at the dealerships. She's kind, very helpful, very patient, not pushy. Best of all she knew every feature I was asking about. The crawl control. It was a relief to hear Arina actually know what I was talking about. Other sales representatives had NO idea what I was talking about. She knew what every button in the truck did. It felt as if she was genuinely excited about my future adventures in this vehicle. So as long as Arina works here, I'll always purchase from her. She needs a raise or a big bonus of some kind. (not kidding). So Arina thank you again for the great customer service. Those guy always tell you what they want to sell but not listen to what you need. Guess what, after reaching out to 10+ Toyota dealers within 150 miles of radius, including mails and in person, some of them even told me they are willing to accept my offer on the phone and turn me down after 40 minutes of driving to their dealership, one day I was talking to one sales who seems not smart in math, nice try though, during couples of email negotiation turn around, all he did is moving numbers around or taking out options, not even offer one dollar discount, again, another guy only want to sell you what they feel like to sell, he has no idea how I was trained with numbers. Anyway, I was going to giving up Highlander and moving forward with VW Atlas, I opened up my computer trying to locate the VW inventory I desired and closing up Toyota dealer's windows browsers, when I was about to close Longo's, I saw Rays name in front of me and decided to give him a call, he was not available but returned my call quick, within 2 minutes I closed deal with him on phone, no hard negotiation, not wasting your time and brain cell, he gave his best and honest shot up in the front, I was very and 200% happy about his service and attitude towards to customers, prompt email response and follow up, willing to help customers, he turned my Toyota shopping experience all the way around. Before meeting Ray, I always tell my friend Toyota does need customers, their business is too good and too busy to take care their loyal customer as I am the third time Toyota buyer.
