My wife and I had researched our car through the Toyota Certified website ahead of time and knew exactly what we wanted. We arrived, took a test drive and drove off the lot within 3 hours with the car. David confirmed the price up front via e-mail, which put my mind at ease. He was very informative and no haggling was involved, which I was prepared for but very relieved to not have to do. Everything was very transparent, with no pressure. We left with a good feeling. My advice is to do your research on the cars on the lot, have atleast two in mind, and go for a test drive. The rest of the staff we dealt with were great, too...Mr. Blanco in finance and Nathan Gallaher (other sales consultant) were very helpful and mellow as well. It should be noted that I visited several other Toyota dealers in the region to either be confronted by shady sale personnel (80s sales tactics ) or plain out lazy ones. I met with David Reyes and told him what I wanted and that I didn't want to waiste time going back and forth for hours. I was able to get up front what I believe was a fair price on the new car and 0% for 72 months with an ACCURATE clear monthly payment scenario. Did I get the best discount ? I'll never really know but i was satisfied. The transaction was seamless and I was out of there in less than two hours ( finance was backed up ). David is friendly enough but he's MORE business than anything which is fine with me. I have Purchase many new cars in the past (German cars ) however , This was my first Toyota purchase ever.
