As my mom and I test-drove multiple vehicles, Ruben described each car's unique features and showed us how to access the different vehicle compartments. He even slid the driver's seat forward to expose the car jack under the driver's seat when I asked to see the included spare tire. However, Ruben's dedication to customer service really shone when we encountered an insurance road bump that could have delayed delivery of the car. Rather than force us to return to the dealership later that week to pick-up the car, Ruben worked his magic and ensured we could take home our new Toyota Corolla that same day.
