They never charge over msrp (manufacturers suggested, retail price) they don’t play games to press you for more money with gimmicks. Poor customer service on the service person noly he is nothing but promises took very long for a maintenance service with out rotating the tires and the install of a lousy poor quality toyota battery as w nothing but promises took very long for a maintenance service with out rotating the tires and the install of a lousy poor quality toyota battery as well on a pair of front poor break pads which I feel a ripped off on the labor and warranty not even half way down Warren out defective parts and plus the waist of time of lot of your employee walking around like sombies doing nothing I was observing them for like 3:00 Hours while I was waiting for my vehicle and there was no oil change include that is why I ask my self what a ripped off to the owner on having over stuff doing nothing More
