You struggle with Covid, supply chain, tsunami, plant shutdown, and high demand for Toyota products. It took nearly a year to close the sale. But you stuck with it through this crazy 2022 year. Thank you What I Like About Longo: 1) Was able to order online from placing order to delivery. Never visited the dealership. 2) No mark up. MSRP as advertised. 3) Keep customer informed to their best ability. I especially was impressed when I was invited to an online ZOOM meeting. During the web meeting. The President along with the VP of sales, Director of finance, and several top executives were there to explain the back log’s and long delay. More
