I bring my Prius to Longo for service and appreciate how I can drop my car off late in the evenings and then pick it up at my convenience the next day or even later. I was next in line, waiting in lane #2 and I was skipped by an advisor. I had an appointment and couldn't believe he was helping the car in back of me.
