I took my 2024 Tundra in for its first 5,000 mile Toyota Care Service as well as a system default alert that kept popping up on the screen. They supposedly inspected the entire truck, a tire rotation, topped off all fluids I was told that they had to do a hard reset of the system and they would need my phone to setup my truck to my Toyota App. When I picked up my vehicle the next day I was walked to the back lot by the service advisor. We came to a truck that was similar to mine and he asked if that was my truck. Being at THE largest dealership in the country and my vehicle on a lot with hundreds of trucks that all look the same I said, I don’t know, I didn’t park it nor would I know where it is. We eventually found my vehicle. The service advisor didn’t know what the heck he was doing nor could he answer my questions about how to set it up. I took it upon myself to follow the promps, scan my VIN number to add my vehicle, add the code that was sent to my phone and completed the entire process while he sat there! I must also add that I noticed my truck was dusty/dirty probably from all the construction going on at the dealership. Being the largest Toyota dealership in the country I would expect a complimentary carwash the way I receive them from other smaller dealerships I’ve taken my vehicles to. As I left the dealership I scrolled through my system setup screens and noticed that IF they rotated my tires the sure did NOT inflate the tires to the proper and all the same tire pressure. 3 of my four tires were at different tire pressures. One at 35, one at 37 and two at 41. Now IF they inspected my vehicle and rotated my tires this should have been the easiest and fastest preventative maintenance that should have been performed but it clearly wasn’t! If they are cutting corners on simple things such as tire pressure it makes me wonder what else they are cutting corners or taking shortcuts on!…. More

I bought my 2018 Tundra at Longo and I've had my truck serviced there since. My advisor Wendy Nava does an excellent job ensuring things are done to my satisfaction. They ensured me it did not affect the transmission in anyway and sent someone to my home to pull the pin out to ensure the transmission temperature would be regulated correctly.
