I took my vehicle to Longo to be serviced and my experience was great! I was given an estimated timeframe of 1 1/2 - 2 hrs for the work to be completed and it only took 1 hr.!! My previous visit experience was great! I was given an estimated timeframe of 1 1/2 - 2 hrs for the work to be completed and it only took 1 hr.!! My previous visit wasn’t too good, but Longo has redeemed themselves… I was really impressed! I will be taking my vehicle back to them from now on! More

The technician’s performance looks like getting worst. There were minor problems happened to my car last 2 visits (twisted the driver’s seatbelt & broke the door light bulb). I just came back to re-check the engine because they did a check mark on the engine a month ago. So I needed to go back for the result. The engine is just slightly leaking. I didn’t ask for fix. However, the engine started shaving in next day after the visit. I don’t know what the technician did on my car. I doubt their skills and I am disappointed on Longo. I am thinking should I still own Toyota’s cars. More
