Hi Kary, Thanks for your concern. I have this review based on last 2 times for every 5k service. 1. My right front bumper off the frame shape that I noticed a day after ( because the service having finished late) 2. I was left the message and text to pick up the car and I’ve expected to get the link for invoice but just signed with no charge and got the car. ( I have 8 years protection plan for my 2017 Camry XLE)
