I have been a happy customer for many years. I purchased my truck at this location and have taken it for service for 20 years. I never had a problem until today. The service tech told me I nee I purchased my truck at this location and have taken it for service for 20 years. I never had a problem until today. The service tech told me I needed my radiator replaced, which I agreed. I later got a call saying it would take several weeks, which would be fine. I was promised a call back to see if a new radiator was ordered. That was one week ago, been trying to get a hold via text, phone, and chat to see if a radiator was ordered. No one is responding to me. I know my truck is old and they probably want me to buy a new one, but this leaves a bad taste. I am now thinking the next vehicle I purchase will be somewhere else. I was considering buying one next year. More
