I would never recommend your dealership. With a simple diagnostic the mechanic would have figured out why the engine light was on when I purchased the vehicle. I called Lorenzo a couple of times to be called by a manager but never heard back!!! More
Since day one when car was dropped to service guy named Matt, I knew that my experience was going to be a total disaster. The car have been returned 3 x for xtra repairs caused by the dealer’s fault. I ll never take my car again for a new service call. I would have rated your service zero stars, many complaints additional to main concern as time under the sun waiting for my car delivery and my car was blocked by two others used cars, whom no one in the dealer knew where the keys were stored. I left a sachet deodorant in my car and they took the door out, spilling out the entire sand bag all over my front seat and floor. In conclusion, went in for a driver window repair, end with the retro mirrors not working, went back for them to fix them. Returned with a non working window again. Called more than 5 x times the dealer’s manager , today 4/9/25 6:46pm eastern time NO ANSWER!!! You deserve a ZERO REVIEW! More

This dealer staff is unprofessional. They do not communicate with clients. They are rude. This is the worst dealer ever to get a GMC they offer something online and when you go to the dealer is a total different price online they say it was 94,000 in person they say is 99,000 in the contract something online and when you go to the dealer is a total different price online they say it was 94,000 in person they say is 99,000 in the contract they put 103,000 They give you everything to sign on a iPad and don’t give you any receipt. Or contract copy I have to go next day to get my contract receipt and realize they sell the car for a higher price of what they offer.to me More
