Very bad my first connection with someone that approached me. After telling the man that I didn’t want to talk to him anymore, I asked a service representative for help and he was wonderful. In less than 45 minutes I walked out with the replacement battery that I needed it and I didn’t have to leave my car overnight like the original man had told me. I went to service station 4 weeks in a row before I had my parts. The parts manager dropped the ball on parts and on promise of pricing. He told me if I bought I tow hitch, the labor was included.
