I had a 9:00 am appointment for an oil change. After one hour and 20 minutes I went over and asked the young lady who signed me in if she knew when someone was going to get to my vehicle. I was very polite and told her how long it had been, there was a gentleman showing her how to enter something on the computer, he asked which vehicle was mine I showed him and he said he would take care of it and he did. I drove out at 11:10. I have always had good service at Lost Pines, which is why I bought the vehicle from y’all . I hope this was just one of those things that happens sometimes as I don’t want to wait for over 2 hours for an oil change, and if you’re thinking I should just drop the vehicle off I live an hour away from bastrop so dropping it off is not an option. More

Service writer was terrible, didn’t ensure my tire was patched like I asked, after he said he would “take care of it”. Seemed to only care about how much I was spending, even seemed to take a photo of my patched like I asked, after he said he would “take care of it”.
