Did not appreciate the deceptive ad advertising on the price. They try and give you their whole excuse about hey it’s in the fine print, but once again I totally didn’t appreciate that. We were greeted immediately by our sales rep, Will Ebrahim, for our 9AM appointment. Overall great experience! Will listened to what I wanted in the vehicle and brought me the exact vehicle to test dr Ebrahim, for our 9AM appointment. Overall great experience! Will listened to what I wanted in the vehicle and brought me the exact vehicle to test drive. When it came time to discuss price he was receptive to my concerns. Our experience with the Finance Manager, Hederlano Oliveira was also quick and painless. The automation of the finance process was fast and easy to understand. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve had in a very long time. If I have one complaint, it’s that I took the car back for its first car wash and really all they did was run it through the was tunnel without drying the exterior. And there is no place. To do it yourself. But for a lifetime charge, they really should step up their game in this respect. More
