The sales process was fine. The vehicle I purchased was serviced by their mechanics and they did not secure the oil drain plug properly. I Took to my mechanic to change my headlights he said I was close to loosing the engine if not caught early. I have 3 oil changes on the house but i will not be taking it there. Mind you this is a massive dealership I thought they would have good quality control boy was I wrong. More

I was very pleased with the service experience.
