The dealer mechanic installed the wrong parts on my truck forcing my return 3 additional times before they figured out what they did wrong. Being a brake issue it could have caused a catastrophic failure and caused an accident. The wrong part caused the booster to fail, which had to be replaced as well. I know they tried, but it should have never happened. Was more than an inconvenience. The bright spot was the service care reps Niky and Anya who provided exceptional service helping me get through this nightmare. I have never had to take a vehicle in 4 times to a dealer for the same problem. As a life long Fuze customer I was extremely disappointed. Dealer mechanics are expected to be top of their profession. This was also turned into warranty for reimbursement, which should have not happened. The dealership is responsible and should have eaten the costs. More
