All the service advisors are well informed and helpful. I generally work with Zach and the service manager, Andy. I have been dealing with Lou Fusz for years and the service department knows how particular I generally work with Zach and the service manager, Andy. I have been dealing with Lou Fusz for years and the service department knows how particular I am. My appointment was at 10 AM and they were right on time. I was advised the two updates for my EV6 would take about an hour. The car was ready at 11:05, complete with a wash. I have never had any problems or complaints with the service department at Lou Fusz KIA. I have been a customer there since 2009. More
