Busy and therefore long waits even when a time was scheduled and confirmed in advance. 1st salesperson ordered the wrong style vehicle. I purchased a vehicle for my son on August 10th and less than 24 hours later the check engine light came on and the A/C was blowing out hot air. It took 2 weeks for it to be "fixed." It is being dropped back off at the dealership today, an hour away from my house, and leaving us a much needed vehicle short again. I will not purchase another vehicle from Lou Fusz. More

Tried to get ahold of the dealership, with no answer. Blocked my phone number even. Do NOT recommend them. Also was not informed of military discount, even though I came in after work in uniform. 10/10 would not recommend these scammers. More
