Tried to repair it 3 times and still doesn’t look good I was told that it would be a three day repair, now 5 weeks, 8 trips to Creve couer and three repairs later it still doesn’t look pre accident quality I was told that it would be a three day repair, now 5 weeks, 8 trips to Creve couer and three repairs later it still doesn’t look pre accident quality and I’m not happy about it. Took the car with the sun-par repair and was told I’d be contacted by the dealers owner the following day which has not happened. At this point I’m at a loss! I have 37$k left to pay on a car that looks like it’s been repainted terribly, they say that’s the best they can do. I have to deal with the depreciation of the bad repair and I’ve paid over 1000$ in payments while they have had my car and wasn’t even able to drive it. It was just a bumper cover on a brand new car. How is it possible that it can’t be repaired correctly!!!! More

I was intending on leaving it all day, but the service rep said he could get it in and out quickly if I wanted to wait. He said it would be quicker and easier than them shuttling me to work. I waited only 25 minutes, and my inspection was complete and they had washed the exterior and vacuumed the front interior out. More
