I brought my vehicle in for a recall and for the recommended 16,000 maintenance inspection. Following the work, I was charged more than $400. There was no charge for the recall repair so that all co recommended 16,000 maintenance inspection. Following the work, I was charged more than $400. There was no charge for the recall repair so that all costs were associated with the maintenance inspection. There's no way any "inspection" should be that expensive! If, during the course of the inspection, it was determined that replacements or additional work was required, then I should have been notified and that work should be been authorized before costs were incurred. I feel like I was taken advantage of. More
