Service Department is PHENOMENAL, I have been to several in the area and this one takes the trophy. As usual, my service experience at Lou Fusz Kia was exemplary. Service tech Zach took great care of me, scheduling my oil change and tire rotation service. He alerted me that I also needed a couple of exemplary. Service tech Zach took great care of me, scheduling my oil change and tire rotation service. He alerted me that I also needed a couple of other maintenance items, which I agreed to. In addition, Zach informed me that I'll need new tires soon and priced them out along with an alignment. My service appointment took just 90 minutes to complete (I waited for my vehicle), which is excellent. And the final touch of the car wash was greatly appreciated. More

I had a recall appointment at 2:30. I was told it should be quick. I was finally called at 3:40 to be told it needs to be fixed and they’ve ordered the part! Why give an appointment if you have to wait that long for the car to be seen? I am not happy. More
