We purchased a vehicle from this dealership and were not treated like we were valued at all. We were challenged at every turn by Josh. When we decided to purchase the vehicle, we were told to wait in the lo treated like we were valued at all. We were challenged at every turn by Josh. When we decided to purchase the vehicle, we were told to wait in the lobby for finance. We waited for 3.5 hours and at the 2 hour mark I went to our salesperson, Josh, to ask about the extreme wait times and his response was, "Well this is normal because it is a busy Saturday." When I advised that I had to drive back to KC he stated, "Well I guess you guys can just walk away." This is disturbing because it showed how much he did not value our busy and his unprofessionalism. Another sales rep spoke up and stated the same thing. This was a classic way of making the customer feel unwanted or not needed. At no time, was there any empathy or apologies for the inconvenience. We felt like they did not care if we bought the vehicle or not because if we didn't someone else would. Being in sales myself, I was appalled that this is the attitude of a successful dealership like this. They displayed zero sales or customer service skills and was unacceptable. We purchased the vehicle because my daughter liked the vehicle, but it was in despite the experience. I felt that we were spending a large sum of money and should be treated with respect and professional courtesy. I am sure that I am not the first customer who has been treated like this by Josh or his coworker. More
