Andy is the best service advisor! I really appreciate how he keeps you informed on the status of your vehicle and the repair progress. We had a great experience with Kirstie and Brian. They were fantastic to work with. My only complaint was the targeted selling from the Allstate insurance representative. There were things on my 16000 mi maintenance bill that wasn’t on my phone for the maintenance and he told me the bill was going to be $390 before but at checkout it was $441. I mentioned it to him then he wasn’t on my phone for the maintenance and he told me the bill was going to be $390 before but at checkout it was $441. I mentioned it to him then he said $414. So I told him I had a coupon ($50) then the final bill was $385. YOU DO THE MATH! More
