When I drove up, Brandi Hertweck was waiting for me. She asked what service we are performing today. I relayed an oil change and rotation of the tires. Brandi notified me of the engine cleaning service She asked what service we are performing today. I relayed an oil change and rotation of the tires. Brandi notified me of the engine cleaning service and explained it in detail - I consent. I then asked if there was an update to the car's navigation. She replied Lou Fusz does not comply however she will write down the internet site (for a download) and the phone number for Kia in case the download doesn't work. Kudos to Ms. Brandi.!!! Let's not forget Joey Smith, Technician who worked on my K5 - Awesome Job.!!! More
