Disappointed. Car issue immediately after warranty expired and they were unwilling to help. My Kia Optima is 10 years old with over 150,000 miles on it. I still continue to take my car back to this dealership because they are the nicest and treat me with respect. When I take my car in for an Oil c it. I still continue to take my car back to this dealership because they are the nicest and treat me with respect. When I take my car in for an Oil change, and it needs something else, they don't pressure me into other services that can be done down the line. But if it is really needed they let me know. They never dismiss any concern I might have about the car. Another plus, is how they always vacuum my car and wash it, (depending on the temp). Again, Always a great visit!! More
