I am a professed Lou Fusz diehard and most of my dealings with the LF network have been excellent. I always consider the disappointments as one-offs. As the positive definitely out weigh the negative. For ex with the LF network have been excellent. I always consider the disappointments as one-offs. As the positive definitely out weigh the negative. For example the last time I picked up my Miata after service, it appeared that the wash & vacuum was rushed through. The outside of the car looked great. But the inside was not vacuumed and the windshield was streaked. I didn't complain, It's a complimentary service after all. I took the blame, thinking I had returned too soon to get the car. No matter I love Lou Fusz!! More
