Service advisor John Goode was very helpful. He listened carefully, explained the process and time involved. Got the work done within the promised time. John was very accommodating when he realized the person I called on the phone to make reservation, did not enter the appointment in the system. I made a reservation via phone which wasn't there in the system on the day of arrival. Unfortunately the person on the phone (couple of days prior to my visit) did not make the reservation as promised. More
