For the first time in my years of using Lou Sobh I didn't have the best customer service experience. I never got an update on my vehicle, an oil change and tire rotation and balance had me there for three ho have the best customer service experience. Barry, in the service department, was very friendly and didn’t waste my time or try to pressure me into additional work. He told me what my service code was for and what was recommended. He respected my time and decision. The work was completed sooner than promised and I was on my way.
