About what I expected for a dealership service department. Went to get an oil change and it took a bit over an hour. At the end they had washed and rotated the tires too so not too bad for time. The employees were attentive and helpful and clearly explained the services performed in such a way that I could understand what was done and what the resultant outcome was.
