We called him very last minute to come in check it out and he made us feel like a priority. He had it pulled up to the front ready for us to check out and test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all of my questions and took the extra time to show me all the bells and whistles. Continued price negotiations were a breeze and the Lou Sobh team was able to meet us where we needed to be for our budget. Paperwork went smoothly and when he handed me the keys Steve went the extra mile and helped me to program my phone in.
