Christina spent time over and above my expectations in order to find the correct tail light assembly in the used parts market. It was not an easy task. At one time, I was heading to service at 7 am on a Saturday and she had to come to the service center to get my Tel. Number to tell me the center opened at 8:00. Certainly a fantastic effort. Due to the first 2 parts not being correct, the service manager Heather waived the labor costs. I have had my Acura serviced there many times with excellent results. WELL DONE LOU SOBH HONDA STAFF!!! More

I was an easy sell. Test drove car and bought it. Didn't want warranty or finance but had to listen to the spiel anyway. Room got 10 degrees colder when I said no. I Test drove car and bought it. Car exterior was dusty. Got TPMS light the next day. Had to add air to tires. Battery needed water. Not sure if the 112 point inspection was done properly or thoroughly. I was not told car could be delivered. Overall I felt the experience was average. More
