After clicking the website's "Get E-Price" button, I was connected to Mitsie who answered all of my questions and gave me an initial price I could work with. This information and her helpfulness convinced me to drive the 2+ hours to visit the dealership. When we met in person, Mitsie was awesome - probably the nicest car salesperson I've ever dealt with! She was very personable, making sure all of my questions were answered and all of my needs were being met. She never pressured me once (which was EXTREMELY important!) I can't say enough good things about her. I would also like to give kudos to Dave (internet sales manager) who helped make the sale happen. Lastly, I would like to say I was very impressed with the Lou Sobh Honda facility. The dealership on the whole is, hands down, the best I've seen. The bottom line - I highly recommend Lou Sobh Honda and their internet sales team if you're looking to purchase a new Honda. I'm thoroughly satisfied with my purchase and experience. More
