The online scheduling program requires me to be the expert in figuring out what service should be performed at a certain mileage, and 2. The information I provide online about issues that I am experiencing with the vehicle is never used when I check in. For every service appointment I have had at Lou Sobh, the information that I took the time to provide in the system, stayed in the system; requiring me to go through it all again at check-in. Don't ask me to provide details on issues that I am experiencing if you are not going to access it! So, upon arrival and steeling myself for a similar experience, I only flinched a bit when Cheron asked about why I was there. I only mentioned the online system, and from that point forward, I had a different experience. Cheron took the time to read what I wrote, and manually cut/pasted sections into the work order. Knowledgeable about my vehicle and all of its nuances, professional and highly skilled in customer relations, it was a distinct pleasure to work with the dealership's newest service advisor. Cheron is an absolute asset to the service department and she will be my number-one choice for all of my future appointments. More
