First time; good experience Bought my 2014 Honda Civic a couple of months ago. It was time for an oil change and change transmission fluid. I've never used a dealer before for regular auto maintenance (too expensive); but decided to give them a shot. I went in on a Saturday afternoon and they were pretty busy; but were able to take me in quickly. I expected a long wait time because of the volume and the transmission service. I was there about an hour; which was not bad considering how busy they were. My Service Rep Heather was great. She was friendly and made suggestions without being pushy. She came out told me about a couple of minor things they found and let me know they would be finished soon. I really appreciated that they washed the car before returning it to me (it was covered with road salt from the recent snow and ice). Overall, I had the very good experience and will return. Thank you Heather for doing a great job! More
