We had a great experience with Shelby and the Lou Sobh Honda team. We were quoted a price, and they stuck by it. They got the minor touch up done, and we picked up the vehicle with no issues/problems. Honda team. We were quoted a price, and they stuck by it. When we took our 2009 Pilot in to address a loud squeaking noise we were told it was a timing belt tensioner making the noise. We moved forward with fixing that with a new timing belt and associate squeaking noise we were told it was a timing belt tensioner making the noise. We moved forward with fixing that with a new timing belt and associated parts for $2094. After that work was completed, Lou Sobh came back and said the problem is actually that the cams were worn out and was the real problem making the noise. We were quoted an additional $5994 to correct that problem. So, after we already paid $2k to fix what we were told was the problem we get a response saying that wasn't the real problem and to fix it now will cost more than the car is actually worth. BTW - We paid out $2148 in May to have a full service on the vehicle and repair the AC. The knocking noise was present at that time but was never diagnosed. If Lou Sobh had properly diagnosed this problem we would not have moved forward with the timing belt change as the fix is greater than the car is worth. Heather did a good job communicating with us but we feel like this mis diagnosis cost us an additional $2000 that we would have used to put towards buying a new car. I'm seriously disappointed in how this was handled and will be buying a car elsewhere at this point. More

I called and scheduled an appointment with relative ease for an oil change, spark plug replacement and tire rotation. Upon dropping the vehicle off, I signed off on an estimate. Later in the morni for an oil change, spark plug replacement and tire rotation. Upon dropping the vehicle off, I signed off on an estimate. Later in the morning, I received a text from the service department through XTIME with a detailed list of services recommended/scheduled and their charges. I declined all except for the requested '10H16CYL' - "6-CYL Platinum spark plug service, check for software updates and perform induction service". In the XTIME link, it quoted the service as $348.72. Service Pricing subtotal: $400.17 Shop Charges: $1.56 Taxes: 27.29 Total: $429.01 When picking up the vehicle after service was performed, the price changed to a TOTAL of $698.72!! It was explained to me that the service department did not enter the hours for the work in the XTIME app so I was quoted the incorrect number before. I have a screenshot that shows what the 10H16CYL was quoted to me in the XTIME link during the day of service ($348.72). NOW (days later) when accessing the XTIME link, it shows the price of $698.72. This is terribly misleading and unprofessional. The only reason I returned to Lou Sobh was to use the credited oil change offered after an unbelievable service error performed by the dealership previously. Literally failed to reattach the axle to the car and let us drive away with it. I expect safety, quality, professionalism and transparency when sending my sons car in for service. More
