Unfortunately I had a bad experience yesterday on my first visit to Lou Sobh I dropped off my car for servicing in morning at 9:00 AM. My car was not even at inspection stage at 3:00. After calling multiple times I get a hang of advisor n he sent me maintenance quote at 3:36 n then he stepped away from desk again Then at 4:30 somehow I established contact again after calling multiple times at front desk n chats. I was told nothing can be done today and pickup your car at 6:00 Only 1 out of 6 items was done even though car was at the dealership all day.. 1 item was transm fluid change. I wasted all day yesterday pretty much. Hope this doesnt happen in next visit More

I brought my vehicle in for service back in December of 2021 and on top of the requested fluids service, an oil change I didn't request was performed. I didn't notice the oil change was listed on the recei 2021 and on top of the requested fluids service, an oil change I didn't request was performed. I didn't notice the oil change was listed on the receipt until after I paid the service advisor. When I mentioned I paid for an oil change I didn't request the advisor gave me a card for a free future oil change, instead of a refund. Once I got home, I realized the skid plate was hanging down under my car and wasn't properly secured. Fortunately, my husband was able to put my car on jack stands and secure the skid plate for me with some bolts he went and purchased. For this reason, I haven't taken my car back to Lou Sobh for service since then. Fast forward to now, I recently received a recall notice in the mail, so I called Lou Sobh and scheduled the service. Since several years have passed, I thought I would go ahead and have additional service done while the recall was being performed, so I also scheduled for an alignment, a rear differential fluid service and the free oil change to all be performed. I explained to my service advisor Anthony what previously happed several years prior, and he was very nice and apologetic. He also arranged for me to get a complimentary rental car which was very nice. I did notice when I got home with my car that there was no oil change reminder sticker on my windshield, nor was the oil change percentage cleared to 0%, which I would think would be standard. Now I doubt the oil change was even performed and will have to take my car somewhere else for this service. For the second time I'm disappointed in the service I received from Lou Sobh.
