I have had my 2018 CRV purchased here at Lou Sobh Honda Cumming for almost seven years now and it has never seen another service shop other than Lou Sobh Honda in Cumming! That's because, this dealer's ser Cumming for almost seven years now and it has never seen another service shop other than Lou Sobh Honda in Cumming! That's because, this dealer's service department knows the Honda's it sells, it takes care of them as if it it's their own car, and I have never had a bad experience with their service. I always leave very happy I brought it there again! This last time was no exception!!! More

On Wednesday, my CRV's battery unexpectedly died on my at the grocery store when it was not that old and did not have a reason. I called service and got Heather who helped verify the issue. A nice couple had the grocery store when it was not that old and did not have a reason. I called service and got Heather who helped verify the issue. A nice couple had a portable car starter and got the car going. Once I got to Lou Sobh, the employees helped get things checked out and fixed quickly so I could make it to an appointment. That same day, my civic's battery died. This has never happened like this! I called service again because the alarm would go off when I would try to connect the cables. John G was able to figure out the problem(2009 civic need the key to unlock the door manually to turn off) after talking to a tech. He and the others helped fix the issues quickly again. They made a stressful situation easier to deal with! More
