Dealership was extremely disorganized - left customers waiting for hours multiple times to test drive, close sales with other customers in front of you. Overheard multiple conversations from GM and Sales waiting for hours multiple times to test drive, close sales with other customers in front of you. Overheard multiple conversations from GM and Sales Manager talking negatively about customers in the show room loud enough to where customers could hear (clear lack of care). Upon purchasing a car, they tried to give the keys over without a detail. Zero customer service presence - all sales mindset overwhelmingly obvious at this location. Would recommend to steer clear of this location permanently. More

Antonio was superb in assisting me satisfy my visit. I had gone by because I could not schedule a recall repair either online or through calls to service (no answer on multiple tries). He also was very attentive, explained what was involved, and kept me informed as to repair progress while he was also working with another customer. He is a top notch representative of the Dealership. I was chagrined that the dealership had not reached out to me personally to get the recall scheduled as I purchased the vehicle there and except for Antonio there was no followup. Because of Antonio the service center is highly rated. The mechanic apparently also did a good job as it was timely as per the recall information I had received. More
