All of the employees agreed that this was NOT a good way to ever treat a paying customer. But you can bet if I were buying a NEW $50-60,000 car or utility vehicle it would be a different story. Rake your chances if you go there, expect a to deal with a long line of B.S. On a side note the receptionist and sales staff were super nice and very friendly, just NOT upper management. More
