Nick was super helpful when we went for a test drive. I asked him to drive as I did not know that area very well. He went over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb when he showed me the car and when I picked it up. Victor was very helpful in helping me choose the warranty that was best for me. I have never been at a dealership where I have seen such team effort. This says a lot for your dealership. I have never been yelled at by a sales person before, from any retailer. This experience was directly because of the manager I dealt with. He stormed out of the office after we failed to agree on price and yelled at me for multiple things. I have no idea how he has made it this far in his career treating customers the way I was treated. Maybe if I was a man, I would have been respected. Completely unprofessional employee. I will never be a returning customer for anything related to this dealership because of him and his negative/aggressive attitude. More
