After my last experience, i am hesitant to recommend them to family and friends. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked the service advisor to have them check my brakes while they to family and friends. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked the service advisor to have them check my brakes while they were going this service. She said that checking brakes was part f their multi point inspection and they would check my brakes. When my vehicle was completed, I asked the person who did the service work how my braked were and he replied he didn't know and walked away. A few minutes later he came back with a tool that they used to measure the brake pads. He pulled out his phone and turned on the flashlight and tried to use this tool by putting it through one of the holes in the rim. He said i had 4mm left on pads. I asked if this was good or not and he really didn't know. I didn't not feel very confident in the way he checked the brakes and not knowing if they were good or not. I told the service advisor about above and she said she would let the service manager know. My concern is that the brakes were not checked when i asked and it appeared that the multi-point inspection was done as well. More
