The service center had my car 11/30/22-2/24/23. Communication was non-existent the majority of that time. Many unanswered voice mails. Calling me in February 2023 panicked and asking if I still had Communication was non-existent the majority of that time. Many unanswered voice mails. Calling me in February 2023 panicked and asking if I still had one of their loaner cars. Telling me the prior authorization for my oil consumption test got lost. Making me wait around on my day off to come get my car and then calling me at 5pm to say they are suddenly doing scopes now. And wanted my car back now in 200 miles rather than 500-1,000 to check the oil as previously explained, so what, 2 days later? In a car that is burning all of its oil? They eventually replaced my engine under warranty. Initial notes indicate a knock was heard in my engine upon receiving my car, so why keep it and do nothing for 2.5-3 months? The service center’s knack for changing plans with no communication or notice almost left me stranded at their dealership at close when I went to get my car 12/1/22 as planned. They hadn’t done an oil change as promised, so my car was there over 24 hours for no reason. When I finally got my car back 2/24/23, I immediately drove to a different dealership and bought a brand new car. I would never spend $30,000+ somewhere with zero communication skills. I enjoyed the aggressive texts from Nancy after none of my voicemails were returned for months. And the list of suggested repairs after horrendous communication. One person texted me 11/30/22 no problem, and Nancy was able to text me, so you had my correct number. And I left it several times in every voicemail. More
