I received a very professional and warm greeting and what seemed like valet service. The waiting room was comfortable and honestly my only problem is I have never, when calling had anyone answer the telephon seemed like valet service. The staff is very friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. Their transparency of details was a bit unclear though. I had called a few different times before the vehicle arrived to ask questions my questions. Their transparency of details was a bit unclear though. I had called a few different times before the vehicle arrived to ask questions about promotions/rebates. Each time I received different answers. I can’t remember who I all spoke to because it was different each time. First I was told that I could use the $1,250 with all other promotions, $500 holiday deal, low apr interest, and Luther bonus cash. Then I was told I had to pick between the $1,250 and the low apr. Then I was told I the college grad promotion was only for recent college grads. When on the Hyundai website it said it was valid for those graduating within 6 months. When I told them I was graduating this May I was told I couldn’t add it because of the other two bonus cash offers I had. So to me it seemed like the dealership was just trying to find a reason to not give me the extra $400 off. Then it took almost 2 hours to get into financing even though I had scheduled an appointment the day before. I understand that someone was sick, but I made an appointment and 2 hours is an excessive wait time. Then the Luther bonus cash promotion was not added to the final price and would have been missed completely had I not throughly gone through all the numbers. At the end things worked out and I got my vehicle, but what was supposed to be a solely fun experience turned into something filled with stress. Luis was a great help in financing making sure that we got our 36 month loan and adding the Luther bonus cash. I can attribute a great experience towards the end because of his willingness to help. More
