I told Tracy that I didn't want the " Added Features ". It's stupid to pay $65.00 and to finance the Locking Lug Nuts. They are on Amazon for $22 with free shipping. We never did a test drive, and he didn't spend much time with me. He was more worried about helping the woman buying a Genesis SUV. Even left the lot, without the BlueLink set up. I was told to go home and get it set up. WOW.I also told them ( Tracy and Lucas ) I have a Pre-Approval for $30K with BCU ( Baxter Credit Union / Target Credit Union ). ( I also have a code for an extra $1,000.00 which would save me over $13.00 a month. ) I also told the Finance person Lucas : No, I don't want any packages, I only want the Vehicle. He would not shut up until I had added several packages. Interesting that I told them that I know Brian Kenny, who is their Vice President of IT. This all happened Friday 29 July 2022. On Thursday I got a letter from Royal Credit Union that they did not approve my loan for $26,076.00. This is well under the $30K Pre-Approval that I have with BCU. Now, my Credit Score went from 839 down to 698. And all the hard pulls will stay on my Credit Report for 3 years. When I call the General Manager, Alex Irlin, will he fix this? One of the packages was the 3M clear tape bra, the Gold Package. This covers part of the hood, the area in the door handles and the exterior rear view mirrors. Terrible craftsmanship, the mirror(s) have white scratches in them, and the fibers from whatever items they used to wipe down the car. I could have done a better job and I'm not a Professional. Now my payments are over $475.00 each month, when they should have been under $424.68. Nothing at all good about this dealership. Also the internet process was bogus at best. I found a 2022 Hyundai Kona SEL with AWD, Stock # 77053. When I spoke with Tracy the response was, oh that was a presell. My question is: why was it marked as " on the lot ", if I can't buy it? I bought a 2008 Subaru Legacy Limited from Morrie's Automotive Group. I was not pressured and they did as I told them. It was a good experience. I enjoyed that Vehicle. It's terrible that I as a U.S. Army Cold War Veteran, get such rotten service. When I say NO, I don't want any packages, I only want the Vehicle. That means stop talking and coercing me into spending Thousands of dollars more. NO MEANS NO!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Brought our 2017 Santa Fe sport in for a goofy gas gauge that was stuck on full. What was initially thought to be a relative simple fix turned into a 5-day fiasco for the service people. I should have known not to work with another luther location. Their communication between the glass/collision and the dealership was horrible, on the phone and in person. Showing up, i was directed back and forth. They didnt know what they billed me, then refunded me and then asked for the refund back, as they had a miscommunication between the glass/collision area. I talked to multiple workers at this location and they either told me different things or they were confused and tried to transfer me to a different rep. The person who gave the most clarity was actually a customer rep on an 800 line. More
