Scheduled appt for Saturday ( brought Friday night) for a calibration on camera system. Called Monday morning to come and pick up the vehicle. They said they didn't have time or man power on Saturday to comp calibration on camera system. Called Monday morning to come and pick up the vehicle. They said they didn't have time or man power on Saturday to complete the job. And it still wasn't done Monday morning. It actually didn't get done until late afternoon on monday. If it wasn't able to get done Saturday, why offer it for a Saturday appt ( so that we could pick it up Monday morning) if it wasn't going to get done until Monday anyways? Wasn't thrilled with the communication or expectations. More

Absolutely above and beyond! Nancy O helped me out and another gentleman checked our car and took care of everything. We came for an emergency check up due to low tire pressure prior to our drive back to another gentleman checked our car and took care of everything.
