I got a recall taken care of and requested assistance with a key fob that wasn’t working well. It’s battery drains in 2 weeks. Recall service was fine but received minimal help with the fob and was tol with a key fob that wasn’t working well. It’s battery drains in 2 weeks. Recall service was fine but received minimal help with the fob and was told to go where I bought the car from to deal with it (another dealership). Was told I’d get a text when my car was ready. Text came 60-90 min after I left the dealership. I had to seek out the car myself when it was done. If I hadn’t I might still be in the lobby waiting for that text! More

All the sales and finance people were wonderful. We had a terrible experience at a different dealership and came to this one because of our initial interaction with the sales department (Brandon). Abdi was fantastic to work with and he made me feel like a valued customer. He was very knowledgeable about the Ioniq and worked with me to help me finance the vehicle.
