Very professional I took my car in for a preventative maintenance procedure and was informed that there was a recall on the car. Even though the car was 8 years old, I I took my car in for a preventative maintenance procedure and was informed that there was a recall on the car. Even though the car was 8 years old, I was told the recall was still valid and there would be no cost to me. They ordered the recall needed for the recall and I was notified in a week the part was in and it could be installed while I waited. Great service More

I was able to check in this time immediately. My service writer, Nancy was ready for me and was very professional in the way she handled my service issue. I had a recall/software update and they finished the job in the time they said they would and did an excellent job in cleaning my vehicle while it was in service. I was also wanting a bid on the vehicle and my salesperson, Josh Thomes, handled it superbly. He reached out to a manager and after the service was finished with my car, the manager took a look at the vehicle , drove it, then gave me a quote, to purchase it from me. I wish to thank all that I worked with that day, they all did an outstanding job on handling my requests. That's why I own three Hyundai, and have them service at Luther Bloomington Hyundai! More

My door handle cracked after normal use. The dealership refuses to cover this even though the vehicle isn’t even a year old. I was told they do not cover ‘outside factors’.
