Was called to reschedule due to staffing issues. They gave me a choice of reschedule in two weeks, or drop off car day of and rent a car for $25 then pick up eod. Service center doesn't answer calls or communicate. Returned car to me in poor condition. Also took days to put window film over broken window allowing it to snow in my car.
