I purchased my 2018 Jeep Compass on May 20, 2020. Victor was friendly and easy to work with. However, I was told my Sirius XM would be activated within 2 days. Today is June 10, 2020 and I still do not ha was friendly and easy to work with. However, I was told my Sirius XM would be activated within 2 days. Today is June 10, 2020 and I still do not have the XM Satellite Radio. I have emailed and texted Victor regarding this as well as going in there and talking to him in person last Friday, June 5, 2020. He acknowledged the problem and said he would check on it that day and get back to me. I have heard nothing. I am getting very frustrated. Any insight into this issue would be greatly appreciated. UPDATE: The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently shortly after I wrote my review. Since my overall experience was good, other than this isolated problem, I have upgraded my rating.
