We appreciated being able to test drive the vehicles independently and the laid back nature of the purchase process. However, we agreed upon a purchase price around 2:00 in the afternoon, at which time we were told they’d start getting the vehicle serviced/cleaned up immediately. This was important to us as we made it known that we had a time commitment to pick our daughters up by 5:00. After all loan documents had been signed, we continued to wait for word on when the detailing would be completed. We followed up again at 3:30 and 3:45 and were told at 3:45 that it would be done in 15-20 minutes. We left to run a quick errand expecting it would be completed by the time we got back 30 minutes later.... but it wasn’t. With it being a brand new car, it’s hard for me to understand how it could take over 2 hours to detail. We were also promised a full tank of gas for our inconvenience (but it wasn’t). We ended up demanding they bring it out as-is because we were going to be late for our commitment. It was quite disappointing seeing that the dash was still dusty and the inside of the windows (sun roof specifically where they took stickers off) dirty. At most, they ran the vehicle through the car wash. Although we enjoyed the experience overall, we wish they would have followed through with the same level of service we received earlier in the process. More

Low key, no pressure, awesome deal First of all, Jordan was in contact with me promptly throughout the entire process, which was a few weeks. I asked a ton of questions, most of which he knew the answer to immediately; he always responded in a timely manner with the answers he didn't know (which, again, were few!!). He never pushed for the sale, genuinely wanted to help me find a vehicle I wanted. We found one at another dealership that he got brought over and prepped for pick up VERY quickly. Rick was another stellar staff that we were lucky to have working on our vehicle. He was the guy that got all the aftermarket stuff done in a very short time period so we could pick up the vehicle shortly after they received the vehicle (we're talking like 24-36 hrs) as we were from out of town and could only make it down a specific day. Tim made the financing portion easy to understand and again, didn't push for a warranty or other add ons. VERY impressed, have already told people to come here, and will be back in the future!! We know how much you guys had to do to get this deal done for us in the short time frame we had, and we REALLY appreciate everything you guys did!! Kids love the Pacifica!! More
